All orders should be place via the telephone, fax or e -mail. Payment is by cheque or credit card. Please state your preferred method of payment with order BUT DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD DETAILS. We aim to dispatch goods by the day following receipt of payment but where a delay is likely we will try to contact the customer to explain. All orders in excess of £50 and many other single items will be delivered to the UK mainland with no additional carriage charge, however larger or heavier items will incurr a carriage charge, at cost, this is indicated alongside the price quoted - please enquire when placing your order. All damaged or faulty goods must be reported by telephone within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Goods may be returned within 14 days unused and unsoiled for a full refund or exchange, less post and packing (whether initially charged or not). Prices are kept up to date as uch as possible, however we reserve the right to alter prices under circumstances beyond our control - or where an obvious typographical error has occurred! In such circumstances the customer will be contacted prior to dispatch.
